I haven’t written as much as I should lately but when I do write I usually enjoy it, it’s a great way to express yourself. While writing I like to be focused on a topic that I highly relate to, something that I can keep on writing about versus something I have to stop and keep thinking about. It’s frustrating to write about a topic you know little on and if doesn’t interest you, you’re not going to be interested in writing it, and that’s what I believe my weakness is in writing I don’t have enough experience yet to write about everything and anything, so I’m excited that we will be able to pick our themes so that I will be able to write more controversial and grow on my writing skills.
I’ve
always written everything down on paper when possible. I prefer paper over
screen any day, when writing on paper I find myself a lot more focused, I find
it to be more of a distraction when typing on the computer, so it will be
interesting to try and switch up my normal writing habits while attending this
class.
